Daniel McKenna was born in Clogher, County Tyrone. Daniel McKenna enlisted in London. At the time, he was a resident of Clogher. Private Daniel McKenna was serving with the 2nd Battalion of the Royal Dublin Fusiliers when he was killed in action in France on Thursday 17th October 1918, just a few weeks before the end of the war. Private D McKenna is buried in Highland Cemetery, Le Cateau, France.
